Nice day on Cherokee

Had a good Day Saturday. Took a little while to find them but when I did I got my limit pretty quick. They were in 30’ of water and I caught them between 16’-20’. Most fish marked right on the bottom or close to it because that’s where most of the bait was. Caught several good size fish with one being just shy of 15”. Hope to have more luck this week.

Nice catch, Cherokee has some good sized fish in it and is not as crowded as Douglas. These deep fish will be on the bank soon, just follow the rising water temps and levels and you will soon be catching them in 5-10 FOW with their tuxedos on!
