I am shopping for a small outboard motor. Mr. Bill treated me as if I was purchasing 6 Ranger boats at one time. He spent his time educating me on different outboards. He makes it plain his roll as a conduit for the customer. Making sure you are informed and cared for completely!! I wouldn't know him if he walked up and say down beside me.
