That's true but you can educate ignorance but you can't fix stupid. I'm in no way defending such actions. I wish there was a legal way to let such bozos know their actions aren't appreciated.

BTW, I've always thought all golf courses should be converted to wildlife habitat but that's a pizzing match for another day.
