Ky lake Saturday 4-8

Another good trip for me and dad long line trolling around Paris Landing area. Ended the day with 31 solid fish not many shorts either, seemed to be only catching keeper fish. (I am hearing on the south end the shorts are thick ?) I have buddy who is a bass fisherman who pours baits. I asked him to get a crappie jig mold and he did. Most of the fish where caught on his watermelon candy curly tail grub. He is going to start stocking his baits in a few local bait shops on both TN and Ky sides of the lake. I also caught a nice 6 pound bass on a 14ft B&M pole with a 1/16th oz roadrunner. lol that was a fun ordeal and he managed to make a mess out of all our lines. lol. Taking off middle of week to get back up there and do some more fishing.
