Finally the work week has ended and I'm headed to the Foot tomorrow. Would have went today but with the wind and rain I just decided to sleep in and get the boat ready between rain showers. I hear the fish have moved up some since last weekend. Hope to find a few. Either way it's better than being at work! Hope to see a few of you tomorrow, if not I'll post a report when I get home. Tight lines!

Just got back off a seven day Caribbean cruise and I've been having withdrawls not being able to crappie fish. My brother is coming in from Savannah tomorrow and were hoping to go to the foot. Heard they were catching some blacks in the shallows and big whites out a lil deeper... We will prolly start out trolling in 8 to 10 feet and work our way in, if no good we will jig some grass and trees around rat island. Did you do any good yesterday?

Well, the water was super muddy after all those storms. Really struggled to find fish. Yes the blacks have moved up into the grass, pads, and ditches. Couldn't really find a pattern on the whites. They were really scattered. I take it because of the cold front and storms the night before. I believe you have the right strategy. Jig the pads in the ditches or lay down the spider rig in 8-10 ft of water. Good luck brother. Hope y'all wear them out.
