Indeed !! And, yes ... that is the reason for being a member here : learning, sharing, and a camaraderie of sportsmanship. But, we're NOT here to benefit poachers, meat hogs, and those whom don't contribute (sharing) to the sport ... but, prey upon well meaning anglers for their own selfish purposes.

You did nothing wrong, and no blame was placed ... it was just a general statement/recommendation so as not to have your hard work & sharing nature be taken advantage of, and as a general PSA to incoming members reading these threads to be careful with how much specific info they release in their reports.

I will not use your coordinates
I like finding them on my own and friends who will share some of what they know
I give out too much info and have been affected by it from complaints of certain folks elsewhere

A friend and my mentor once told me that there are community holes and, with these new electronics, nowhere is "sacred" anymore
Just one reason why I try not to post too often
Now I just go and have fun fishin'
