    Default Chickamauga Lake report -- 05/28/16...

    I've been a little lazy about making reports and this one is a couple of days late so pardon me.

    Debbie and I fished out of the pontoon Saturday and caught about forty crappie and took nineteen home. We caught them offshore mostly on minnows on or near the bottom in 17-18 feet. A lot of big boats making big waves but we hung in there. We caught six species total including some small bass and a nice little smallmouth. My best crappie was a 14-inch white crappie. It was released.
