I took the wife fishing Saturday morning. We arrived at the bait store at 5:33 am and they were not open. We waited 10 minutes and then went on to the boat ramp. We mainly trolled crank baits and ended up with 5 keepers and a couple of throw backs on the crappie, with chartreuse being the color the fish seemed to want. The biggest crappie was 13.75 inches long. We did pick up a couple of bonus white bass. The water lice starting showing up about lunch, so it was time to go home. Here's a pic of the wife with a nice one that she caught.
