Chickamauga Lake report...4/03/16

[Muskrat]

A nice day to be on the lake Sunday. We got a late start around noon but very few boats out and nowhere near as windy as I thought it would be. Another bluebird sky day. Water was up...slightly stained...water temperature was 62-66 degrees. It wasn't a quantity trip but the quality was pretty good with three 13-inch fish and one of those being a nice dark male crappie Debbie caught. We caught quite a few dark males today.

The fish were caught on a variety of colors from pink to black. Crappie Sliders - Crappie Dawgs - Panfish Assassins - Bobby Garland on 1/32 oz. jig heads. We both lost a couple of large crappie so I guess all of our fish were released one way or another today.
