Chickamauga Lake report... 3/29/16

The evening bite has been good lately and especially on some of these bluebird sky days. It was fast and furious for me around 5:00-6:00 pm Tuesday. The crappie went crazy over a Crappie Slider I was using. It was from some of the Sliders that I had won in a contest here at Crappie.com.

I caught almost all of my fish in one spot and the last one which looked like my largest - I lost. I guess it went and told the rest what was going on and the good bite ended for me. I fished until 7:30. On my way back in I took a pic of Patten Island at sunset. Good times...

Pretty sunset and good catch. Wish I lived closer to the lakes, then I could get in on some of that weekday bite. The weekend weather patterns have been rotten around here. May get out this weekend but once again a cold front will be coming through. May have to go to Woods just to get something.
