    Default Cheatham Lake info needed

Anyone ever have any luck with crappie on this lake? Not looking for your honey holes, just wandering if it would be worth the time. I am looking for a closer water for weekday after work fishing that is closer than KY Lake. Any information greatly appreciated.

    thanks
    Ron

Try any of the creeks off the river, lots of laydowns and brush

I'm in the Sango area of Clarksville. I have fished Lick creek in the Crosscreek area and did pretty good, but lately, if I go that far, I keep heading to KY lake.

Just looking for someplace with a shorter drive during the week. As traffic getting to Dover would drive me nuts...Getting there through Cumberland city is just as slow. Cheatham lake damn access area is about 25 min from house. Will give it a try and see
