Fish deep, I caught some in 25ft of water they had mud on their bellies that's how close to the bottom they were

I look deep in real cold weather.

Mornings

Start shallow fish toward deep.

Evenings

Start shallow fish toward deep.

When this fails, go bait balling. Bait fish here get so thick sometimes, sonar thinks I am in 2 fow (or less).

This is my method cause it is convenient and I am lazy.
