Hello everyone I'd like to pick the brains of the folks that fish Reelfoot. I will be headed west that way about the middle of Dec. and thought about trying to work in a crappie fishing trip and possibly a duck hunt on my way. Question is how is the fishing in Dec. or should I wait until spring. Thanks for the help.

I do well in December when the wind lays down.
It has been a spotty year for crappie though so who really knows what it will be like.
