Complete non sense on Chicamagua

My brother takes a contractor over to Chic to fish. TWRA pulls up to check them out. They ram their boat into ours enough to gash rub rail and cut 4 quarter size gashes out of boat that gets all the way into deep fiberglass. The officer said,It will buff out and leaves. My brother didnt see it until after the fact. My point is, if your gonna be a wildlife officer, have respect for other peoples stuff, since you are funded by fishermen.

Yea, not twra fault per say but who ever the jack a&& is that it was needs to buy me a $500 rub rail and fix our boat. I'm gonna go out on a limb and bet it comes out of our pocket.

I hate to say it but nowaday's all encounters with any LEO should be video recorded, It's just too easy with any smart phone, the video is pointless the vast majority of the time........ but every now and then and in this incident there would be no question as to liability..
