Crappie fishing was "so-so" on Chickamauga Lake Friday using jigs and minnows. A lot of the crappie that have been in the back of sloughs seem to be out on points now. Still catching some dark male black crappie fairly shallow and this nice 13.5 inch white crappie in about 12 feet of water.

Sorry I'm a little late getting back to you. We are catching a lot of bluegill in sloughs now crappie fishing. We've picked up very few shellcrackers but that bite should be getting better in a week or two.
