    Default Douglas Lake

Hello everyone,I will be making my first trip to Douglas Lake. Coming down the 20th and staying until the 24th. I've hear lot of good things about the lake but don't know anything about it. I will be staying at Swann's Marina. Spider rigging is the way I fished and asking for any help that would be very appreciated, put me on some fish. Don't want to know your honey holes just some places in general,to get started the depth the crappie are holding and some favorites colors. Thanks everyone wishing all a bless day.

    Hey john,
I would have replied but rcp pretty much covered me as well.... Longlining is what just about everyone is doing. No reports of fish spawning on banks yet either and I called Swanns today and everyone is trolling. It is crowded and all the places I know to fish all you have to do is follow the boats to find. Me and my wife are going in the morning I will give you guys a reply tomorrow night

we too are trolling and double 1/16 out in middle of Muddy Creek is the ticket. Junebug and Weiss Killer curly tails, You have to cover some water but limits are no problem.
