Birthday week--Tellico and Old Hickory

[lets go again]

I take off several days every year around my birthday for some me time and time with my dad. Fished 4-3 on Tellico and limited trolling 12-15 fow. Fished 4-4 and caught 13 before the wind blew me off the water. Fished 4-6 and again limited, this time in 2-4 FOW. Today, I spent the afternoon fishing with my dad and we fished Old Hickory by Nashville. It was not the best day of catching, but the best trip of the year so far. We fished about 4 hours and caught 5 good keepers, with a couple of shorts. We also caught 1 white bass, 1 catfish, a blue gill that were keepers, and a lot of yellow bass that got to swim another day. I sure do miss him taking me all the time like he did when i was growing up. But every chance I get, I get to take him fishing now.
