Are the boat ramps clear enough to launch at Tellico?

The roads were fine down to sloans from my house this afternoon. You'll have to put in below Chilhowee dam for a while after the temp drops this week. None of the other ramps will be thawed unless there's a stiff eastern wind that could keep Toqua open but if its to bad it will stack ice up on the ramp.
