Getting ready to sink some more beds and was just wondering if its legal to cut an already downed tree from the shore and sink it I know I cant just go cutting down trees that are standing. But as for trees that beavers have took down or just randomly fell down can I legally pull them oh out to where I wanna sink em and let em go?
