    Default Fishing report near pickwick??


    Anyone doing any good in or around pickwick lake? Don't really know anyone who crappie fish in Dec or fall and I'm trying to learn more ways. I'll have couple weeks jan15-28 to fish. Curious to where you can catch fish in Dec - January I usually fish late feb-may gonna try to fish all year this next year learn how to all year.

    Grant where would you launch to go out on pickwick? I may go one day next week.

    I put in at state park or yellow creek depending where I fish.

    Depends where your coming from really? Idk how to fish right now but assume deep 30ft give or take a lil out of the current somewhere off channel idk if they'd be up close to creeks or up in bays or not.

    Pretty decent bite yesterday. I posted picture on MS forum. They are holding tight to drop offs and ledges. Might be at the top or bottom. They were real depth specific yesterday. Don't be afraid to fish deep or shallow until you find them.
