Chickamauga Lake 5-22-14

[Muskrat]

A fishing trip in the pontoon Thursday. Another windy day on the "Chick". We started off strong as Deb's first crappie was a big white a little over 13.5 inches. My first crappie was a black and my best for the day. We ended our day catching smaller crappie near Patten Island. Totals...16 black crappie...2 white crappie...3 drum...2 bream...2 channel cats...1 "tiny" bass. We used BG and Southern Pro jigs and some minnows still alive from last week. We fished in the 10-20 foot range with most of our fish deep.

Looks good Muskrat! I stayed around the house and did some boat maintenance this weekend...way to many on the water up this way. Heading out in the morning at O-dark thirty though. Thx for the px
