I agree 100% Chris. No excuse for not getting in touch with the OP and trying to work things out. A little communication goes a long way.

No excuse for him not to return your calls. I would just look for other options or guides and tell your story with names to those who you fish and talk with. If your were out and fishing I think it was nice for him to offer another trip and you fished for some time. You cant always pick the best day and I dont know how picky you were during the winter months. As you both ex Law enforcement you should be able to reason out what is best for you based on the facts. Maybe you can get your case heard on Judge Judy... That would be a win win haha

Yep I would like to see it on JJ. Depending on how close you are I would go to the ramps he uses and you won't need to talk to him just hold up signs showing others he gave you a raw deal by not calling back. Word them however you want.
