Chickamauga Lake 4-24-2014 "Scattered Crappie"

JimP and I fished from 7:30 am until around 3:00 pm. We tried fishing just about everything and every color Bobby Garland makes. Just like last Friday we fished shorelines, blow downs, rip rap, deep, docks and even trolled a couple of sloughs. Never saw any bait fish and very few crappie. The crappie we did see did not want to bite. We ended the day with 28 caught and 11 keepers.

The water temps. were 63* to 67* depending on where you were. Going to try something different this weekend. If it works I will get back to you.

i talked to a guy today here at work and he said guntersville was about the same way this past weekend,saw plenty of fish but they just wasn't biting.maybe next trip out will be better.
