The wind was rough yesterday but I managed to keep 15 nice fish. I tried shallow and nothing was going on there. I moved back to 12-17 fow and started catching them anywhere from 2-6 feet off the bottom with a single pole and jig. The surface temps were between 62-64 degrees. I really would have thought the fish would be moving in shallow. I caught 2 males and both of them were really dark. All the females I caught were full of eggs. The spawns got to be really close. What do you guys think this cold weather is going to do them?
