I caught this crappie on tellico Monday afternoon and want to send it in on the Tennessee TARP program but I need a whiteness to the length. I borrowed a board from a man who was trolling notchy creek along with me and he witnessed the measuring of my fish. He said he was a crappie.com member but I can not remember his name. Please help!
