Took this today since I decided to go up there and try to get some aerial video of the lake with my new Quadcopter drone. I will post some video when I finally get it up but that lake is locked up tight!!!! Warm temps aren't going to get there now until the first of next week from the latest forecast. Hurry up Spring!!!!

Neat video My son and I rode up to lakeview to eat and I went to a couple boat ramps and shined my bright lights and it looked pretty tight around the edge as your video showed but didnt look as bad on out. Maybe the rain tomorrow will help out some. I rode over to the wash out and its still open to the right of the ramp, Sunday looks like a nice day so guess I'll go jig the north bank and see what i come up with. Rather fish the lake but guess it will have to do for now

Well thanks, but I had planned on getting some really cool half stable video from several locations. I am completely new to this RC flying and this was only the 4th time I had ever flown this expensive machine. It started having serious flight control issues because of a known issue between the GoPro camera frequencies and the quads frequencies interfering with each other. After I got the bird back I decided to pack it up and let it live to fly another day!! I kept picturing this thing suddenly just taking off and crashing somewhere out on the middle of that frozen waste land which sometimes happens with the current problem.
