Yep, 36 crappie and 3 bream...been a terrible weekend. We caught eleven saturday and got rained out, couldnt fish for the wind sunday. Hammered them monday, and I have to head home about 1 oclock today. Bout to head out and try to find my 30 before i go, even if i dont, i still be back friday night.....

Nice lookin fish Semo! Went for bout 2 hrs this afternoon ended with 13 keepers. Changed jig colors humpteen times til they finally started hittin purple and white.

I can't give away 30 year old family secrets, but pick a color and stick with. These fish are changing cover type so fast right now you can't even be sure you put a given color in front of a fish. I fish a particular 1.5" tube jig, with a 1/16 head. My dad has been using our combo on reelfoot forever. I filled a cooler out of very shallow grass (<8")one day, but the next day there wasn't a fish to be found. Moved 100yards to timber in 3' of water and tore em up.

Haaaa......I stopped by grizzly on the way home Tuesday, you might as well have been fishing, sure didn't look like working.
