Worked from sun up to 3;30 on my porch project and then decided to wet a line for a bit. Strong south wind made for tough fishing in the area I wanted to try .Water temp was 58.7. Fished for 2 hours with pink and orange jig heads with pumpkin and chartreuse tubes tipped with minnows. Boated 15 fish and kept 9. Missed quite a few due to the very choppy conditions. Biggest news is all the fish were caught in 6 ft of water. They have started to move shallow. Tried jigging a few trees on the way in and thought I was on it with the first tree. Huge hit and hook up but turned out to be a nice size drum. only hit I had on the trees so they aren't there yet. Soon
