Took an old friend fishing yesterday.

Went out and checked the wind. 0 mph so I called the guy who showed me first of the outdoors. He's in his 70's now but still gets around pretty good. The Chick looked like a mirror again. only seen 3 boats. We trolled for 3 hrs and he had a blast. Ended up with 27 keepers and 50 plus shorts. The bite wasn't as good as yesterday but was great just being out. We saw a Loon that was really putting on a show. Also Osprey, 1 Eagle and some Ducks that none of my waterfowl friends know what they were. Water temp 49degrees and used this day for testing. Found a new BG babyshad that they just murdered. Its called emerald green. also ordered some jigs from a place in Oregon with a pink head/bluesparkle body/chart hair tail. It was hot as well in 1/16 size. Well now that I've played it's time to go to work. Tenncrappie.

Great story,of a wonderful trip.77bites in 3hrs,y'all were buzy. By the way 70 is the new 60. We kick, but not very high. haha
