    Planning on fishing reelfoot in about a month. Have the crappie come to spawn yet.

    some of the black crappie have allready spawned, as I have been catchen them with spawn, and with the(Males)Gaurding the nest are hangen in there. but the lake has three basen's. as the main lake stay's the coldest temp. To make it simple the spawn or better part of it is going to be spot on pretty dern soon! But i dont know it and dont claim to,its all up to the wheather, and i'd b fishen wright now!     Thanks Reel foot yankee. Sounds like we are going to miss it. We are coming down the week of 4/18. Guess we will be looking for bream. You got any hot spots for them.

    Oh No! The Blacks like to spawn in colder water and when i mentoined the best is yet to come as the water warms the white crappies will be "GETTEN IT ON"! And there are allways early spawning fish and some that like to spawn later is all! GOOD LUCK! Should be very very NICE!!
