Thread: What a diff. a day makes (On the Chick)

Went yesterday after the front moved thru and was muddy and only could scarf up 6 keepers. Junior called last nite and had the day off so here we went. Started at 0830, water dingy,stopped at 1230 with 30 keepers and 88 shorts. Colors of the day Black/Chartruse and Blue/ Chartruse. Water temp when we left was 69.9. this is sad but it's been a good year(trolling) Now Sailfish and I will have to roll up our sleeves and put to use what we learned in Crappie Academy. Tenncrappie Also had a friend who caught a 17 and 1/2inch monster at Tellico today. going to sent it to Tnhooker and get him to post it. Wouldn't you know it this is one of my RR buddy and the first time he went crappie fishing!!!!!
