Sorry I can't provide any good information....I've fished Tellico for the past 5 years and always fished from a boat. I'm not sure what land the surrounds the lake is "public" land versus "private" land. My suggestion would be to find a good map. WalMart has a book (sporting good section) that has all the East Tenn lakes/streams...this might help you. Another suggestion would be to contact the State Rangers....pm me with your name and tele no. maybe we can hook up one day soon.

Ballplay Creek on Hwy 360 has some pretty good places to bankfish.
