Blue bank question ??

Hey guys, I was wondering your opinion of the Blue bank resort, in particular the big cabin there. We have a group of 14 that have been coming for three years now and we have always stayed at the two houses at Eagles nest. They don't have both open next year and we stuffed everyone in one the first year and boy was it crowded. If you have stayed there do you think it could hold all of us comfy ? The resort looks great but have never checked it out while at the foot. Thanks in advanced. You guys are one of the best groups on this site. You have always offered advice and tips on the foot for us and us Kentucky boys sure do appreciate your hospitality. I know I'm posting this the week of the football game so don't hold that against me. You all have won enough in a row. Thanks, Steve

Martin... I use to live at Reelfoot and can tell you, Mrs. Judy Capps at Boyette's Resort, is the best at big groups at all the resorts.
She knows all about crappie fisherman, her son is Ronnie Capps the all time leading National crappie champion, him and Steve Coleman.

I would book with her, and she will take care of yall, and they are right next door to Boyette's, the best eating place on the lake, bar none.

Martin I live at reelfoot and have alot of friends that I take fishing and they stay at Mrs. Capps and yes they are very nice. I have alot stays at Southshore resort also seems like all the resorts are about the same. If there are any question about the lake part let me know and I will help you the best I can.

Cowboy have you fished reelfoot lately. we have the flying carp in here now and I'm afraid thats going to hurt the lake. Also there building the new spillway and some say there building it to drain the lake.

Slabberdave...No I haven't fished the Foot in a while, last spring was the last time, but the flying carp was there when I lived there also.
I knew they were building the new spillway, but haven't heard that about draining the lake. I don't think that's going to happen, it's to many people that depends on the lake to let that happen, hell that whole corner of Tn. depends on the lake.

Think of all the tourism money the lake brings in, I just can't see that happening. Tiptonville and Samburg would go under along with all the business around the lake.

Shoot I would break down and cry, that's my favorite lake. I don't think Reelfoot could recover from being drained.

Reelfoot is as good of fishing lake as they come. It is a great fishery for all tipes of fish.And like you said Cowboy that would shut down that whole area. On a drain down.
