Thread: Watts Bar Guys

Any body got a Watts Bar report? Dad trolled up 3 yesterday in secondary creek channels 22-23 ft. We started fishing at 5 so had to leave. He took off early today thought we were gonna slay em for sure... ha... 2 keepers.

I got seven black crappie in 8' of water near the Emory River section last Monday (Nov. 16) in a shallow creek channel. Went back Tues and got 9 more keepers. All were caught right before dark. Was fishing large tuffie minnows suspended under floater fishing about 3-1/2' deep. They will hit very early morning where I'm talking about, but not as good as right before dark. I couldn't do any good during the day, but did catch bass.
