As they were working on Old Hickory Dam the water looked to be at least 8ft or more lower than normal pool... tough getting a boat launched. On the water around 9:00 am and fished till 2:00 pm and caught a good dozen or more crappie all were small and had to pitch back, all were caught in 12ft or less floating a minnow under a bobber roughly 4ft down just over the brush piles.... NO BIG FISH TO BE CAUGHT..... water temp was 67.5°
