The top of the step is interlocking flooring mat. I used it for the floor in my Jonboat. It’s awesome to stand on and non slip. I bought extra thinking I would have to replace, I haven’t replaced any so it’s durable.Quote:

Nice work. I'm surprised Yeti hasn't come out with a $450 version of this. I actually did look on their site to see if they made a low height cooler that I could put sea deck on top of to use to get on the front deck of my bay boat. All their models are too tall.
A buddy of mine used a aerobics step in his boat. Works great. He said it was slick when wet though
