Last Chance (day) Of this Year!!

After nothing but rain last night and today it looks like Mother Nature is allowing one more chance at those pesky fish tomorrow. I'm hitched and ready to go too. I hope alot of you guys get to fish if you want to tomorrow but I gotta say...........retirement is soooooooooo nice!

Haven’t decided about tomorrow, but didn’t unhook the boat. Sometimes I get up and tell my wife I’m not going. She usually ask me What else you gonna do?? I usually reply you’re right I’m going fishing. Gotta love a woman that talks you into fishing. I did glue up a few baits tonight and my tackle bag is against the kitchen door so I can’t leave without it!! I think I know what’s gonna happen.

Go get some fish and show me what I'm missing. I still got one more day of deer hunting and Henry my 8-year-old grandson wants to crack down on a deer so bad. I think I'll let him take the shot with my Bar 270 and hope he don't get a black eye from the scope. He can shoot the 22 and 12 ga. shotgun with no problems. Monday starts fishing season for me hopefully. You'll have fun and Happy New Year.

Last Chance was pretty good, got 3 good ones. Bonus was biggest was a White Crappie.

Another banner day too. Finished the morning at 11AM leaving the fish biting with a 30 fish limit for a friend. Not shown are the 11 fish that I pulled in the basket that are fish on the bone. Hated limiting out with those smaller fish in the basket but that's what my friend likes best of all.

I caught some small fish today also. Didn’t keep any today. Most of my fish today were on brush. Glad you finished the year with a good day.
