I have been seeing all the pictures of the side imaging on the g3n units and finally pulled the trigger to order one. I settled on the 9 inch units as the 10 is about 500 dollars more. Should get here Friday and I can get it installed on friday. I currently have a lowrance hds 8_on the boat and I will use it for mapping and regular sonar. I have the gen 2 black box and the transducer if anybody is interested in it. Taking it off the boat. Hope I want be disappointed in the unit.
