Thread: SC Crappiefest date - more to come

Awesome see yall then

Been a while but I stayed in Elberton Ga. The hotel had dozens of 120 volt hookups and parking for boats and vehicles. Also found a seafood place called Reds Seafood I think. It was excellent, even had frog legs on buffett.
Butch will have to jog my memory of the hotel, but it was in town. One of the economy chains but more than adequate.

PS. Have to tell story on myself. I had just bought my IPilot and they were just coming on the scene brand new technology. I was too nervous to leave on boat so I disconnected it and carried that heavy a$& thing up the stairs to my hotel room. LOL only time I ever did that.

I just booked camping at Broad River. All's good.

They are some other campgrounds around. Check out the Pine-O-Rosa campground in Elberton Ga. most the time John has some spots available. It’s near Beaverdam Creek and only a short drive to the park.

I'm home recovering from hand surgery so I just saw this. I'm so excited we're having a CrappieFest on Russell again! This is actually in Georgia correct? So one would have to get Georgia fishing license?
