Murray quick trip.
Tom and I made a quick trip to Murray this morning.
One thing I've learned is just because you find them doesn't mean they'll bite.
Screen was lit up but we couldn't buy a bite.
I finally aggravated 1 into hitting my old standby blue Berry's Spoon.
That was it though. We had other commitments so we bailed at 10 AM.
Nice fish though just over 4# and he made a fine dinner tonight.
Planning to hit Monticello Monday for some more Perch jerking.

I see your problem! You wore a crappie shirt when you were striper fishing. Wrong fishing shirt I think for the trip, had you been crappie fishing then stripers would be all over the place and your hook!Even though only one striper it was still a good trip, just looking at the depth finder you were in the right spot!
