As long as you look in the right area, crappie will stay on docks 11 out of 12 months of the year in our area. Only month I really struggle with them on docks is August.Quote:

Good video. I've been shooting docks and such for over 20 years. I hate to think how many docks, motors and pontoons in that time that I have hit. :-). The more you shoot the better that you get at it. One thing about shooting docks, it'll really make you a line watcher. I think I've caught more by watching the line than I really felt the bite. I was taught by 2 of the best, Crappie Pappy and Don G. fishing on Watts Bar in Tn.
Great video. When shooting a dock do u hold to the jig head or the the hook, Never have shot any docks.
