Bought a new 20 hp tohatsu in august 2017. Have had excelllent service. It is exceptionally quiet and sips fuel. Highly recommend...!!

Don't know the weight of that Express, but my 1656 hull and motor together is 450 lbs. Add 11 gallons of fuel, two batteries, fishing gear, and two people, and I can run 32 mph WOT. It gets the best fuel usage around 4200 and that's around 24 mph. Factory prop. Just for a boat weight and displacement reference.

I owned a 1650 duck boat that was an express . good boat well made. It had a 40 four stroke yamaha . My boat today is a 1648 Attachment 315879 Attachment 315880 Attachment 315881War eagle that has a 2 stroke Nissan 40 , Awesome rig . Wanting to go bigger .
