That one is a gen 2, can't remember the # on the update, I got it on the front now and got a gen 3 hds 12 at the console. I like the gen 3 much better, no problems.Quote:

I left lowrance 13 months ago. I too was having issues after updates. The humminbirds i got are more reliable and got a 1159 on closeout from b&b for a great price and is by far my most favorite depth finder ive ever had. To bad they dont make them anymore.
