    Default Cane Creek park 9-30

Went out with a bucket full of minnows Saturday. We spider rigged and found fish scattered everywhere we looked. Picked up few thorough out the day. Didn’t matter how deep the water was as long as we were 6-10 ft down. Ended up with 31 crappie and the random small catfish. Several 12 with 14” big fish.

I bet you could do well longlining if the wind cooperated when you get back there. The wind was 10 mph with some good gusts so I didn’t even think about it.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
