The jetties are a good place to start, I have caught some nice flounder and trout there in the past, but haven't been in several years

Plenty of reefs out of murrels inlet. Check the sc DNR website or go to Charlestonfishing.com. They have a list of reefs with a map. You can also buy a map that has all of them listed. Lots of good fishing around murrels inlet.
Fishing around the jetties can be very productive. Need to be careful though, the current and/or waves can get you into the rocks if you don't pay full attention .
There is a 3 mile reef and a 10 mile reef that I know of. Probably more now since I went years ago. The local bait shops can give you all the info and maps you will need.
Y'all tear'em up and give us an update on your success.

7 reefs you can reach from murrels inlet on there with plenty of info. FYI- get a chart and look for live bottom with some contour.
When younger, I used to fish the inlet during spot run in the fall. We would slaughter them fishing in the channel using blood worms on the bottom

One rod, one jig, one fish at a time.
Blood worms are the best bait there is if your fishing for saltwater panfish. Can't find them south of pawleys
