We got an early start this morning but that did not help. Tried several spots on Big Allison, Little Allison & down toward the dam using minnows & cut bait. Also, I threw spoons & drop shot rig but caught only 2 perch on the spoon & nothing on the worms.

We did not mark anything that looked like schools of perch anywhere. Seemed like most of the fish we marker were high in the water column. Not a good sign. We did not see any fish breaking the top at all.

Total for trip was 8 bass, 2 cats & 10 perch. Something is bad wrong when we almost caught as many bass as perch.

Going to have to try some new spots next trip out.

When Mr Charles can't get fish to bite you know it's bad out there.
    Thanks for the report
