I have pulled flicker shads before there cheaper than bandits
Come in 2 depth ranges and multiple colors. Martys in iva has a good selection.
Think the smalls are 4.00 and other is 5.00
You will catch everything seems like the crappies go after the fire tiger good for me in the past
And they have a tight wiggle..
And each one the card has a depth chart on it.

The flicker shads are good for throwing to the bank also. Catch a lot of bass and crappie using them. Trolling them does work well on a slow troll as they tend to have a little more action pulled or reeled in slower.

Thanks for the help fellas, I appreciate all the advice I get from y'all, now if I only had more time to fish.
I normally just troll jigs but this spring I had a small shad rap tied on so I just threw it out just for kicks to see if anything would it. I had a lot of fun with that thing as I caught a bit of everything on it. If you get in a school of small hybrids, you can't keep them knocked off of it. I caught crappie, bass, hybrid, perch (white and yellow) and even a shellcracker on that thing before I lost it. Trolling over some brush, I am surprised it took me as long as it did to lose it since I used it on several trips. I did catch about a 4 lb largemouth and 3 lb hybrid on it. I was only trolling at a little over 1 mph. I troll bigger cranks for hybrid and stripers sometimes at higher speeds but have not tried small cranks at high speed yet. I may have to give it a shot.
