    Default Wylie report 4/11


    Took my son tho wylie today to try for some crappie. I'm new to crappie fishing but I've been reading up on here. I caught 2 on minnows under docks and 3 while long line trolling. Next to docks in crowders. They all came on orange roadrunner with red shad softbait. Name: 20170411_133717.jpg Views: 241 Size: 74.5 KB

    Thanks for the report. Putting fish in the boat is only a small part of fishing when you are able to get a child outdoors. Congrats on your day.

    Anytime fishing is good but better when you got your kids with you and catching a few fish. Thanks for the photo, I had to tilt my head and with this vertigo still messing with me I could feel the motion of the boat!

    You have a GREAT fishing partner right there. Keep it fun and interesting for him and he'll be with you for LIFE! Glad to see the both of you got out and enjoyed boat time together. The fish was just something extra. Congrats.
