Don't suppose you have a trolling motor? That would of course be the easiest.
There are transducer holders for kaykers. Could use one of those. The cheapest would be to use some sort of thin angle iron/metal or just conduit that could you mount to the underside or side of the boat. If you wanted to have less worry about knocking the transducer when in the shallows or beaching your boat you could place a hinge half way down it so you could pull it up and down. Some zip ties up and down to secure the wire to the metal (if not using conduit). Simple latch at the top would secure it while at high speeds or shallow water.
