Afternoon gents. Thinking of switching up my tactics and going after some eating catfish this weekend. I've heard they like either side of the damn and since I'll be in my kayak I was thinking of paddling around to the slower water below dam and seeing what happens. Any thoughts/tips/advice!

Since I bought this kayak last fall I keep going to Wylie and am just getting frustrated with bass and crappie. I need to catch something before I go insane. Lol. Thanks in advance.
